You need to buy a medical text book, Teo! Alzheimer's disease is a condition that causes significant memory and cognitive problems early on. While in PD, if memory and concentration problems occur at all, it is usally much later on. Yes, parkinsonism (that is, the combination of stiffness or slowness or shaking) can occur in Alzheimer's disease. When this occurs, it is usually either medication-related, or in the late stage of the illness. Yours,_________________Hubert H. Fernandez
