I understand he is now taking dietary food.
He takes wheat, rye, barley, prune or juice for his daily meals and yet he still complaining that he has muscle contraction and constipation.
He goes to the toliet off and on.
He feels tired and depressed and has slow movement mobility.
He also has osteoprosis problems that weaken his chances of bones fractures.
He has a certified personnel trainer who assigns his routine exercises, .i.e five times a week.
Is it certain gluten, protein found in the dietary food that he is taking inability to digest and absorption in small intestines?
Kindly advise Teo Kim Hoe
