Lung Infection with PD? :My Brother

Is his "Lung Infection" that the food he takes going to airway intead of stomach?

Is CT (screening) is helpful?

He has been admitted to the Mount. E. Hospital ,Singapore for examaination but is still having bowel movement (stomach contraction) i.e muscles tissue' , tired , lazy and rests always on bed. Thanks TEO KIM HOE
