As far as I understand PD has difficulty with his physical capbabilities i.e mobility and stability.

Can you elaborate why is it affecting the communicating and swallowing abilities?

It made worsen the patient to express his sadness feeling i.e. conveying, frustrated, loney, and depressed emotionally with families and friends.

The patient has his voice becomes soft and monotonous, a slurring of speech, or altered speech may develop.

Swallowing is another important for the patient to have difficulty to take food, drinking, lost diet.
\
Therefore PD dies on other diseases made worsen PD itself. TEO Kim Hoe

PD is a degenerative disease that may affect many motor and non-motor circuits and lead to dysfunction with a wide range of symptoms including all of those that you mention. It is not a disease just of dopamine neurons, and the issues that may be encountered by patients go beyond tremor, stiffness, slowness, and gait problems._________________Michael S. Okun, M.D.
